Start of Season:

• Team staff should have NO contact with players until Background Screening and Safe Sport have been completed.

• Each association will need to have CAHA membership renewed and a Board Roster approved before any team rosters can be approved.

• Rosters must be approved PRIOR to first game (non-league, league, tournament, any game or practice with a team from another association).

• The Affiliate Registrars will hold informational meetings for managers at the start of the season (August/September). Access the registration for the trainings or the notes/recordings using the:



• Tier I Youth & Girls was held on 8/7/2025

• National Tournament Bound (NTB) Tier II Youth & Girls + HS Coed & girls was held on 8/27/25.

• Registrar Meeting was held on 9/2/25.
