NTB Roster Rules

Player Age:No 12U players. Only 13-year-olds on Tier One 13O rosters. Only 15-year-olds on Tier One 15O rosters.
Adds/Drops:All player drops on Youth Tier One are permanent. Both Tier Two and Tier One rosters lock to player changes 12/31. Do NOT play anyone including goalies, aside from vertically moving players, after 12/31 unless they are on the 1-T roster.
Game Counts:20 per team / 10 per player against like teams. Players must be on 1-T roster date of game to count games.
Dual Rostering:Can NOT roster on two youth NTB teams. Females can roster on youth and girls NTB team. Players can roster on Youth NTB and HS NTB teams. Cannot roster on Junior Tier 3 team after 12/31. .
Student Visas:Max of 4 per roster.

Student Visas:Max of 2 per roster.

Player Age:No 8th graders, no 5th-year high school students, no post-graduates.
Adds/Drops:Rosters lock to player changes at start of CPHL playoffs or 2/15 whichever is earlier. Girls HS teams must demonstrate how player will meet game counts by book due date to add a new player after 12/31. Do NOT play anyone including goalies not on the 1-T roster after the roster has locked.
Game Counts:10 per team / 5 per player against like teams. Players must be on 1-T roster date of game to count games.
Dual Rostering:Can NOT roster on two HS NTB teams. Can roster on a HS NTB and HS non-NTB team. Can roster on HS NTB and Girls or Youth NTB teams. Cannot roster on Junior Tier 3 team after 12/31.

1-T roster	Printed, up to date, jersey #’s and positions added.
Credential Verification Sheet (CVS)	Auto-populated (from Association Registrar), up to date, games listed to demonstrate game counts. Do not include more than 2-3 extra games.
Score Sheets	Must match games listed on CVS. Must include: coach's signature, official's signature or name, date and time of game, opponent, complete rosters for both teams, complete game data for both teams. Must be against like team. Cannot exceed maximum number of players on bench. Must be legible. League, non-league, tournament games can be used if meet above requirements. Must be entered on CVS and checked for each player on the bench for each game.
Consent to Treat	USAH Consent to Treat (most recent version) required for all players/staff on roster. Must be filled out, signed, include insurance information or list NA if not applicable. Checked off on CVS.
School ID	Required for HS teams ONLY. Add extra column on CVS to check off.
HS Eligibility Form	Required for HS teams ONLY. Head Coach must sign indicating all players meet HS roster requirements.
